The judges have conferred and we're ready to announce the winners in our 2006 Star Tribune South Coloring Contest. This year, we received about 150 entries spread among our three age categories, and entries were judged by Bonnie Featherstone of Burnsville and Joy Hartl of Prior Lake, who are both artists at the Minnesota River School of Fine Art in Burnsville.
